“The series of Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art auctions showcased rare treasures with outstanding provenance, including property from the family of K’ung Hsiang-Hsi, the Feng Wen Tang Collection, the Yidetang Collection and the collection of General Huang Jie. In the Imperial sale, vases from the Qianlong period were much sought after,” said Chi Fan Tsang, Head of Christie’s Chinese Ceramics & Works of Art Department.
