In March, Christie’s will present Masterpieces from the Veil-Picard Collection, bringing together exceptional paintings and drawings, revealed to the public for the first time in over eighty years. The same day, the Old Master and 19th-Century Drawings sale will feature major works by artists such as Antoine-Louis Barye, Annibale Carracci, or Giovanni Battista Tiepolo.
