The inro in the form of a flattened conch shell and decorated in low relief with ocean plants in gold and silver takamaki-e against a kinji, sparse nashiji and red-lacquer ground, the interior nashiji; with a wood netsuke decorated in gold and silver togidashi as a bivalve with a carved landscape inside and with coral bead ojime
