Of rectangular form, the central field with a cusped niche on a blue silk ground containing a baluster vase emitting bold floral spray with a variety of flowers, two hands on either side of an inscribed cartouche, a wide border with a floral lattice around and smaller floral borders between, the blue silk ground worn, mounted on wooden board
