This October, Christie’s London and Christie’s Paris join forces to present 20th Century: London to Paris, a new sale series celebrating the best in Impressionist, modern, post-war and contemporary art and design. Coinciding with Frieze London, our auctioneers will be taking bids in Christie’s London and Paris salerooms in consecutive sessions on 22 October – uniting these two great centres of art during one of the biggest weeks in the art world calendar. The series concludes with day sales in both cities on 23 October.
Discover the season’s top works and explore the sales in person at our King Street and Avenue Matignon galleries from 10 October.

A guide to bidding online or by telephone with Christie’s
All of Christie’s auctions are fully accessible for online browsing and bidding, meaning you can easily place a bid from the comfort of your home through Christie’s LIVE™, or alternatively by telephone. In 2019, over half of all bids placed were online, and for live auctions, telephone bids made up 41 per cent of winning bids versus 18 per cent within the saleroom — so you’re in good company.
