Finest and Rarest Wines & Spirits: Featuring Exceptional Anniversary Offerings from Ridge Vineyards and Champagne Philipponnat

We are delighted to present our two day December auction of Finest and Rarest Wines and Spirits. The sale celebrates the 60^th anniversary of Ridge Vineyards in California. Bottles, magnums and large formats are offered directly from the estate’s cellars and includes Monte Bello back to 1964, and Lytton Springs and Geyserville back to 1993. Vineyard experiences and tastings are also on offer in this historic sale. Also offered directly from a winery are rare champagnes from the cellars of Philipponnat. Sensational wines, such as Clos des Goisses 1975 and a vertical of the rare Juste Rosé feature. 

This sale features further treasures from the cellars of King’s College, Cambridge. Ancient 19^th century Madeira, bottled specially for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Coronation in 1953 is offered in magnum. Château Latour and Château Lafite-Rothschild 1945 and 1959 have also been unearthed from the College cellars for this sale. Elsewhere, the auction features collections of Burgundy such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Leroy, Domaine Mugnier and Domaine Ponsot. Madeira and Whisky is also a feature of this marquee auction, with collections directly from the Island of Madeira appearing and whisky from the World Whisky Awards on offer. We are delighted to partner with Decanter World Wine Awards for an offering of medal winning wines.
