The sale includes 500 years of European graphic arts, from Albrecht Dürer to David Hockney, via prints and drawings by Tiepolo, Carracci, Francisco de Goya, Menzel, Daumier, Bresdin, Klinger, Ensor, Degas, Cezanne, Kollwitz, Edvard Munch, Schiele, Grosz, Dix, Henri Matisse, Schlemmer, Giacometti and, of course, Pablo Picasso.
