The first with three cases carved in relief with children playing, a longevity character on the reverse, with an ivory ojime and an ivory netsuke carved as a gourd-shaped sake bottle inlaid in coral and soft metal with flowerheads in a stream; the second with a single case carved as a pair of phoenix, with a coral bead ojime; the third of wood thickly lacquered and carved in pouch form and decorated with flower sprays on a brocade ground, split, with hardstone ojime--3¼, 2¾ and 3 5/8in.
