A well modelled puppy decorated in blue, black, yellow and green enamels, with coloured patches, yellow eyes and a red ribbon collar, slight restoration to the tail and ear

Lot Essay

Most models of puppies were enamelled in the Imari rather than the Kakiemon palette, and blue enamelled models are rare.
