Edo Period (late 17th Century)
A broad oviform bottle with tapering neck decorated in blue, green, iron-red and black enamels, with large panels depicting plum blossom and bamboo among rocks, and a boy with a fan admiring plum blossom, surrounded by bands of geometric design and blocks of green enamel, old restoration to the neck
