Painted in the manner of C.F. Herold with Oriental figures at various pursuits among flowering plants and furniture and beside fences on elaborate gitterwerk and puce and iron-red scroll supports within gilt line rims, the interiors to the teabowls with indianische Blumen and the saucers with concentric iron-red circles to the underside (the saucers with some rubbing to gilding of supports, slight rubbing to gilt rims) (2)
