The lack of date would suggest that these documents remained unissued. However, judging by the signatories, these documents can probably be dated to the period 1761-1762. Henry Fox was Paymaster General from 1757-1762, William Wildman Barrington was Chancellor of the Exchequer from 21 March 1761 to 8 May 1762 and Sir Gilbert Elliot, 3rd baronet of Minto, held the post of Lord of the Treasury 1761-1762.
