Each with a classically-draped winged maiden standing on a ball with foliate base, holding a floral wreath above her head, issuing five scrolling foliated branches with circular foliated drip-pans and ornamented nozzles, centred by a torch-shaped branch with circular drip-pan, on a square base centred by a floral wreath, on a moulded square plinth
