AN EARTHENWARE TRIPLE TEA CADDY
MEIJI PERIOD (LATE 19TH CENTURY), SIGNED KOZAN
Each small, round pot attached at one side to the adjacent pot and linked by a large, looped gilt 'cord' handle, each decorated in colored enamels and gilt with shaped panels of Immortals reserved on a cream crackle glazed ground dotted with gilt and bands of lappet and floral decoration, the two end pots matching and the inner pot painted with a frieze of Immortals and different collar and cover, signed on underside of each lid- 8 5/8 in. (21.8 cm.) long
