A Sèvres bleu nouveau Republican coffee-cup and saucer
Circa 1793, blue enamel script Sevres/R.F marks, date letter qq, painter's script L and LG for Leguay, incised 18 to cup and 46 to saucer
The bleu nouveau borders reserved with gilt oval panels of Republican emblems divided by rectangular panels with a bird on flowering branches above a gilt dot-pattern band, gilt line rims (very slight glaze scratches to reverse of saucer)
