A .451 PERCUSSION MILITARY TARGET RIFLE with reblued barrel octagonal at the breech, engraved with retailer's name, cut with Ingram's patent ratchet rifling, and stamped on the underside with maker's name 'Henry Clive', target sight calibrated to 400 yards, the tang with added peep-sight, border engraved lock with retailer's name, figured walnut full stock, plain iron mounts including two barrel-bands, and later iron ramrod (rear sling swivel missing), retailed by Charles Ingram of Union St., Glasgow, circa 1865
