19th century, marker's mark
Each vessel of squat rounded shape and finely worked in relief with naturalistic sprays of large peony blooms among foliage, comprising:
a large trefoil tray with flat everted rim and three ball feet, 20in. (51cm.) wide
A large circular basket with pierced sides, 11½in. (29cm.) diam.
A teapot and hinged cover
A waterpot with hinged cover and arched handle, 9in. (23cm.) high, supported on a stand in imitation of bamboo, with a burner, 7in. (17.5cm.) high
A globular tea-caddy and cylindrical cover, 6in. (15cm.) high
A two-handled sugarbowl, 6¼in. (16cm.) wide
A creamer, 5½in. (14cm.) wide
and a circular slop-bowl, 4 1/8in. (10.5cm.) diam.
