Clement Talbot was acquired by the Rootes group in 1935. Their decision to phase out the famous models such as the 75, 90, 95, 105 and 110 and replace them with a 10hp car was met with uproar from Talbot devotees, but nevertheless the plan went ahead and in 1936 the 10hp was announced with four cylinders and a maximum speed of 72mph.

This car has seen better days! Included in this lot are the chassis, engine and body only, although the bonnet is missing. There are no wheels, radiator or interior. The car was dismantled many years ago with the intention of restoring it. The chassis has been restored, primed and painted and the bodyshell is relatively sound.
