Gilt and painted in colours, modelled by Johann Joachim Kaendler, the bearded Neptune scantily clad and wearing a purple garment, seated on a rocaille chariot with two spoked wheels, flanked by a triton holding a horn, further with a hippocampus with its mouth wide opened and curling fish tail (restored)
