20 (328 x 224mm). Greek type (the first font of the grecs du roi), Estienne's woodcut basilisk device (Schreiber B2) on title, large foliated capitals, some with grotesques, woodcut head-pieces. (Minor spotting to a few leaves, a few tiny marginal defects.) Contemporary vellum boards, cover with central arabesque stamp. (Joints cracked.) Provenance: Petri Cunaii (inscription on title) -- John Moore Paget (19th century bookplate) -- SMS, gift of Richard Henry Perkinson.
