Formed as a port light, with globular red glass body with silver cagework mounts and hinged slightly domed cover with ring handle, the cover engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, marked on base, the interior of the cover and burner numbered, the base filled
