An English delft blue and white flared vase
Circa 1750, probably Bristol
Of inverted bell shape with everted rim and two short double scroll handles, painted to one side with a figure of a lady in landscape with one arm raised, flanked by trees, the reverse with a tower and other buildings in a landscape, on a short spreading foot with sponged trees and fences (cracked, rim and footrim chips)
5½ in. (14 cm.) high
