The recto of this sheet was page LXXXIV from the sketchbook CP IV.

Whilst Rewald (op. cit.) dated this watercolour circa 1890, Venturi, in his notes for the revised edition of his unpublished 1936 catalogue proposed a later date of circa 1900.
