A Sino-Tibetan bronze figure of Amitayus, 16th/17th Century
seated in dhyanasana on a shaped double lotus base, his hands to his lap in dhyana mudra, wearing a five crown headdress with foilate roundel earrings, a dhoti with incised border decoration, beaded necklaces, bracelets and a celestial scarf, his long hair flowing down his shoulders - 6 7/8in. (17.5cm) high.
