With nickel-finished lever movement, wolf's tooth winding, 18 jewels, bi-metallic compensation balance, 8 adjustments, gold cuvette, champagne matte dial with Breguet numerals, the bezel, band and back enhanced by translucent gray-blue enamel over engine-turning banded by opaque white enamel, the back decorated with floral swags and centered by a raised blue enameled cameo within a rose-cut diamond-set surround, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed, movement further signed for the retailer

Accompanied by the Patek Philippe fitted leather-covered box and an Extract from the Archives confirming the date of manufacture of this watch with gray-blue enamel, platinum and jewellery as 1910 and its subsequent sale on November 28th, 1912.
