Hon-zukuri, iori-mune, chu-kissaki, tori-zorii with a running itame mixed with mokume forging pattern, the tempered edge hoso-suguha with utsuri and a suguha tip, ubu iri-yamagata tang with kiri file marks and one hole; 29¾in. (75.6cm.) long, 1¼in. (3.2cm.) wide before start of tempered edge; ¾in. (1.9cm.) wide before tip; gold one-piece habaki
