19TH AND 20TH CENTURY, BLUE WAVE AND GREEN PRINTED MARKS, PATTERN NO. 20 TO THE BOTANICAL PIECES
Each finely painted with a botanical specimen, identified in Latin on the underside, within a border of gilt-outlined panels alternating with bosses suspending leaves, a gilt beaded border and further gilt serrated rim
Comprising:
Two pickle dishes, shape no. 3544, 8 3/8 in. (21.5 cm.) long overall
Eleven round platters with perforated edges, shape no. 3526, 10½ in. (27 cm.) diam.
A fruit basket stand, shape no. 3535, 10 in. (25 cm.) diam.
Together with
Five fruit plates with perforated edges, 19th century, blue triple wave marks, each painted with a variant fruit, unnamed on the underside, 8¾ in. (22 cm.) diam. (19)
