woodcut, circa 1503, on laid paper, watermark Fish Bladder, an impression from a later edition without text, Meder d, with narrow to thread margins, a long horizontal printer's crease extending from the left sheet edge to Christ's lower legs, with an associated 6 mm. tear at the left sheet edge, two other, minor printer's creases below, a small repaired paper loss at the lower left corner where previously hinged, otherwise in good condition
