One of spreading waisted shape; one cylindrical with ribbed sides and wide channel; one with slightly rounded sides and narrow channel; the fourth of low domed shape carved in low relief on top with a whorl motif around the center hole

The bead with ribbed sides is similar to one in the collection of Edward and Louise B. Sonnenschein illustrated by A. Salmony, Archaic Chinese Jades, The Art Institute of Chicago, 1952, pl. XC (5).
