With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with rose dial and raised hour markers in pink gold in 1942 and its subsequent sale on 20 October 1942.

Fresh to the market, this reference 1450 is a fine example of the stylish "Top Hat" model, standing out by its very good and original overall condition.

Reference 1450 was in production from 1940 until the 1960s. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alain Banbery, 2nd edition p. 137, pl. 196.
