Shown seated in dhyanasana, the hands in dhyana mudra holding the stems of lotus flowers that rise to the shoulders where they support a kundika and a bird, wearing a sash-tied dhoti beneath elaborate jeweled necklaces adorning the chest, and a crown centered by a figure of Amitabha Buddha, the figure raised on a separate lotus pedestal emerging from a socket borne amidst crashing waves supported on a slightly splayed base with shaped aprons
