On religion, probably on sufism, Arabic manuscript on paper, 44ff. plus two fly-leaves, each folio with 9ll. of black naskh script, with gold and polychrome roundel verse markers, some words picked out in red, headings marked with gold cartouches, text within thick red and black-ruled gold frame, with catchwords, opening folio with illuminated headpiece, colophon signed, main text followed by another text written in small black naskh script with fine illuminated headpiece, colophon with seal impression of al-Hajj Hafiz Darwish Muhammad Rida and date of AH (1)253, in marbled paper cover binding, folios loose in binding, otherwise in good condition
