SIGNED NAZIF, OTTOMAN TURKEY, DATED AH 1317/1899-1900 AD

Muhammad Nazif was a student of the calligraphers Shafiq Bey and Sami Efendi. He was employed as scribe and calligrapher at the Erkan-i Harbiye department.
