With three stage turn-off canon barrels, signed actions engraved with rococo ornament, engraved sliding trigger-guard safety catches, later iron belt-hooks, probably working additions, flat-sided figured walnut butts each with further rococo ornament inlaid in silver wire and silver grotesque mask butt-cap, each engraved with the initials 'J P M' and the Murray family 'Wild Man' crest, private Birmingham proof marks, maker's marks 'T.R' for Thomas Richards
