the arched hood with fret cut cresting and urn shaped finials above barley twist column uprights flanking a white painted Roman dial with subsidiary seconds ring and date aperture, with pierced gilt pointers, signed FELIX KLEISER, HEREFORD within gilt hightened and polychrome foliate scroll spandrals, the arch painted with sailing vessels, the four pillar movement with anchor escapement and bell strike, the trunk with chequer inlay and conforming pilasters on a plain stepped plinth -- 88in.
