This remarkable table, a rare special commission undertaken by David Linley, is unusual in being a Linley piece made from flame mahogany rather than the woods more usually associated with his work. The production director at David Linley Furniture flew to Barbados to source mahogany for the table and after discarding several logs found one in perfect condition, the timber of which was used for the veneers on this table.
