The first 19th century
The first with watered slightly curved double-edged blade with medial ridge on each side, the forte damascened in gold on each side with panels of interlaced arabesques and foliage, waisted iron hilt, cut in bas-relief with animals and foliage and retaining some original gilding overall, in original gilt-iron scabbard decorated en suite; the last each of characteristic form, the wooden hilts with arched white-metal pommels engraved with scrollwork and foliage, in white-metal mounted brass scabbards en suite
