The case on bun feet with engine-turned sides and top, solid engine-turned rear door, the dial with silver chapter disc with eccentric Roman chapter ring with blued moon hands, signed Frodsham London in rectangular reserves beneath the blued steel rolling moonphase, calendar apertures below for day of week, date and month, the movement with four pillars to the arched plates, gilt platform lever escapement with double overcoiled blued hairspring to cut bimetallic balance, single fusee (wire lines), the calendar work mounted on the backplate
