A well engineered small scale model single cylinder 'A' frame beam engine, designed by E. Westbury,
built by W.K. Walsome, with mahogany lagged brass cylinder ¾in. bore x .7/8in. stroke, lagged inlet pipe with underfloor mounted main stop valve, centrally mounted inward facing valve chest, simple parallel motion, pierced 'A' frames, fluted barrelled connecting rod, rod driven feed pump and spoked flywheel, metal floor supported on 'plastered' walls and steps, the whole finished in green, black, white and polished brightwork, wood base -- 7 x 7½in. (17.8 x 20.3cm.)
