4o (170 x 135 mm). 22 leaves (apparently imperfect at the end, see contents). Old Hebrew and modern pencil foliations. Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. (The lower part of all pages torn off with considerable loss of text, all leaves skilfully silked with archival tissue, other restorations.) Modern blind and gold-tooled dark brown morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front.
CONTENTS:
Incomplete at the end. The paragraphs are arranged in a slightly different order from the printed editions. First printed in Lemberg 1876, and copied in many manuscripts. The copyist of this manuscript pointed out his name, Moses, several times (e.g. fols. 19v, l. 15, and 20r, l. 26).
