FIRST EDITION of Eustathius Thessalonicensis (fl. ca. 1160-92) and of many but not all of these selections from Greek grammatical writings. The preface of this edition provides the primary evidence for dating the beginning of Aldus's activity, where he states that he has worked for 7 years without so much as an hour of solid rest.
