built by K.C. Rains, with brass barrel, metal furnished mahogany carriage with metal-framed boxes containing rope and chain, elevation jack, traverse pole, buckets, rammer/sponge, shot, metal-bound-tyred spoked wheels, fuse cutter and other details, finished in varnish and polished brightwork and mounted on a baize display base, mahogany framed plexiglass case -- 5 x 11in. (12.7 x 28.6cm.)
