A CHINESE EXPORT SILVER TEA CADDY AND STAND
The stand with maker's mark of Sunshing, Canton, circa 1800
Rectangular with incurved corners, each side bright-cut engraved with vacant oval reserve, the rim with bright-cut engraved foliate band under applied beaded band, the hinged domed cover with baluster finial, the conforming stand on four tab feet and with beaded border, with later wood lining, marked under stand, the box apparently unmarked
