The breakarch hood with brass ball and spire displayed eagle finials, circular glazed side panels, with reeded ebonised bezel, the cross-banded and boxwood inlaid door flanked by 3/4 length pilasters, with conforming inlays to the plinth, the later 13in. diameter brass dial with Roman chapters and two engraved lines to the outside of the minute track, subsidiary seconds and calendar rings to the centre bearing signature John Garden Aberdeen, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement; composite, case second quarter 19th century and with later dial mask, movement early 19th century, dial 20th century -- 87in. (221cm.) high

Lots will be available for collection following transfer to Cadogan Tate from the Friday 8 September and every week-day from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THIS SALE.
On the Thursday 14 September a transfer and administration charge of £18.50 per furniture lot, and £9.25 per non-furniture lot; and a storage charge of £3.20 per furniture lot and £1.60 per non-furniture lot per day; will come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
Please note: All charges due to Cadogan Tate must be paid at the time of collection from their warehouse. Only payment by cash, credit card or bankers draft will be accepted.
