With shortened sighted barrel, the breech section with gold-damascened signature, breech-bands, and floral spray, signed border engraved flat bevelled lock with stepped tail decorated with a martial trophy (cock replaced), carved moulded figured walnut full stock (fore-end cracked), iron mounts including solid side-plate engraved with a cannon on a field carriage with powder-kegs, cannon balls and rammers, and engraved spurred pommel with silver grotesque mask cap, elaborately pierced and engraved silver escutcheon surmounted by a coronet, and later horn fore-end cap and horn-tipped ramrod
