With rebrowned octagonal barrel signed on the top flat and cut with twelve grooves, back-sight with two folding leaves (fore-sight missing), patent breech engraved with a boar's head, gold plug and two gold lines, scroll engraved tang, signed lock engraved with scrollwork and a tiger (hammer associated ?), figured walnut half-stock, chequered grip, engraved iron mounts including trigger-plate with pineapple finial, set trigger, silver escutcheon, horn fore-end cap, and original horn-tipped ramrod with worm (rib lifting, one ramrod-pipe detached), London proof marks
