The silver apparently unmarked, possibly The Netherlands, possibly 17th Century; the lead glass Dutch or English, circa 1750
The diamond-point- engraved calligraphic light baluster wine glass with a funnel bowl engraved in Dutch with the inscription 't Welvaaren van 't Gemaal, on multiknopped balustroid stem enclosing tears, the realisticaly-shaped silver windmill with on the back a blowpipe, stairs and a clock (hands missing), rotating sails
