Circa 1765, the contemporary mounts with décharge of Jean-Jacques Prévost, Paris, 1762-68
Naturally modelled as a frog, its back moulded with a yellow-centred red flower, flanked by red and yellow petals and green foliage, the interior to the cover with a flower-spray, the underside moulded and coloured with red flowers (some glaze rubbing, slight damages to mount)
