A well engineered ¾in.:1ft scale model of the single cylinder, two speed four shaft general purpose traction engine 'Betty'
built by R.W. Davies to the design of Minnie, with silver soldered copper boiler with normal fittings, single cylinder with Stephenson's link reverse, mechanical lubricator, counterbalanced crankshaft, eccentric driven feed pump and shut-off cock, two roadspeeds and spoked flywheel. Chassis details include spoked straked wheels with brass hubcaps, worm and roller chain steering, damper, cable drum, cable and fairleads, band brake to fourth shaft and other details, finished in green, black, red and polished brightwork, the smoke box door with embossed plate Invicta Eng.Ltd. Bexley Kent, the valve chest cover plate with brass embossed coat of arms --11½ x 18in. (29.2 x 45.7cm.). Display base and glazed cover, shovel, firing irons, tools, bottle jack and bucket.
