AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE FIGURE OF ITHYPHALLIC HORUS
CIRCA 4TH-3RD CENTURY B.C.
The finely-detailed standing god in human-form with a falcon's head surmounted by double uraei, sun disc and double plumes, his back in the form of an extended bird's body, lower left arm missing, mounted; and a New Kingdom wooden openwork plaque of a kneeling mourning goddess, right arm raised to her forehead, remains of bitumen on reverse, repaired, mounted, circa 1400-1100 B.C.
